If anyone reads - seems to not happen often..
we are anticipating  wide price variations over the next few months. this is all political; in nature than it is over costs and out of our control.

I recently have had to pay costs for orders which I have not been able to fulfill.  if you do order and I cant deliver or offer the same price, then I either make the difference or have to pay the costs. I have updated the terms to make it more clear that I will not be making the payment and it will be YOUR LOSS.

all ordering should start with contact to check and make sure - even when its stated on the page to do so. that we have the items, we can get the items, the price of the item or specs or any other changes.

Here are some of the reasons why.
The website is a thing on its own, it is not up to date all the time.
The website may show you a cached page that's up to 24 hours out of date.
We work on world prices so as they change your price may change, one of the issues with super low prices.
We sometimes work with partners, they may not have updated us. or could have some issue.
We may need to adjust prices or have removed offers.
We may no longer provide an item.
We may be out of stock.
