Well the start to the year has not been great, I have been ill so not much has happened.

We have added packaged solar as this will make picking solar easier for those moving into solar. I took this route due to miss matched hardware purchases from people following online guides or forums that are half cocked. remember we have been involved in solar for over 19 years and carried out testing and installations in the real world.
We are going to update how things will work, the Euro purchases will be from our suppliers, which means that you make a saving and will have direct package delivery as well as dual support from the supplier and us.
UK buyers will be able to have the same, but the prices due to Brexit and England’s taxes and duty will cause a price rise. If either apply to you do not use the shop to buy items.
We are seeing in groups that a lot of people are confused about the power from their solar installations, this again returns to the half cocked information. The calculations for solar are available on this website and the actual performance you will have. I see many people are working from ideal peak information rather than how solar panels actually work. There is the common wrong settings, and how PWM controller work and if MPPT is better. Most seem to have the wrong hardware setups.
PRICE changes.
We should see prices change in the market over the next few weeks leading to April as the UK taxes change. There is more of a global effect and you can see that this occurred toward the end of 2025. We will revise the prices on hardware as such so be aware of price changes and the terms and conditions on which we operate.
Remember direct payment is safe and the cheaper option. We have payment options for Pound Stirling and Euro. We also have a range of other currency payment options for direct payment.
Card payment charges and fees are set to rise and you will be charged as such. You can change the options of payment and this will change the costs on the cart and displayed items.
Credit.
We do not offer credit, but you can save to buy. you can make payments for items in installments if you cannot save up the cost for yourself. this will be limited as there is a lot of legal requirements, therefore we may limit this to 3 payments. we will not be offering a full installation on installments. There is Klarna if you use this, however we wont absorb or share the cost with other customers. the cart will display how much the credit costs are.
Solar broker.
As part of the project management, we broker deals from known suppliers. Therefore we are going to switch from retailing solar products to brokering solar products. this will simplify the supply of good to facilitating the procurement of hardware.
The only difference is within the hardware that we actually produce. but you will get the same service levels that you can expect from us.
Solar Consultations.
As we are cutting costs, the consultation fees will apply. You can buy a slot from the shop. or directly pay if you require a consultation, remedy or design service. This is not the same as our solar installation service.
Solar installation.
We still will offer installation of solar and the testing of installations, which supports DIY installations and other company installations. Within the same remit we test solar installations and perform the maintenance. This service offer coverage to those who had installations from companies that have gone bust or found to be frauds.
Project management.
Project management from RenewSolar is a service agreement where you can benefit of having your own professional who has access to both commercial and domestic hardware which is part of the project, meaning that there are no retail costs and mark ups. This makes RenewSolar an affordable and cost effective option.
