If you have not been here before this is the new website for 2024, it has been a long time in the waiting with the problems we had with the pervious website. Now the platform has been up and running for two months and no big issues to report.. if you do see any do drop us an email.
Secure payment:
The website is secure and certified, which means that account holders can use the shop safely and confidently. The apps we use are linked to their respective owners and are valid.
Don’t forget you can direct transfer payments.
Email issues:
You may have had some issues with email notices, I have looked into the issue today (16.04) so that you should now be getting notifications and order updates.
Price notice:
Please be aware that we offer low prices on hardware and make the business costs from donations and services. as we import the prices may vary a little from what’s displayed on the website. This is mostly due to the exchange rates but the economics from country to country and charges do vary. You should not see big differences, but we have been made aware that some suppliers do not want the extra hassles involved in shipping to non eu.
If you have any trouble buying or setting up an account, you can contact us directly and we will assist you in person.
