RenewSolar is not your typical business and more of a traditional business, We focus on real live services rather than prey on impulse click buying. You are looking at our website version from Feb 2024 which has its issues.
We do not list all stock on the website. There are many many items available and from time to time we add these to our website, but they may not be up to date. if you know what you want, then we can get it, even if you don’t know what it is. If you know what you want but its not a item you can buy, then the chance is that we can make it for you.
As you can imagine this is a endless list so we cannot really put these online.
One of the issues you may find is that we are not always linking to products from the articles or from the products to the articles or even videos. We will be working on this. but to be fair, if you’re looking for something they you can ask.
You can use the search function to look for products or articles, there are two separate search boxes on the site to find what your looking for the Shop tends to give you just products and hardware. while the articles (information search) will be information, articles and other news. You should be able to find everything you want by using key words. Do remember we do not list all items and services on line.
The main issue we have had is the email and notices are being rejected, while we had fixed the issue it reappeared. You should still be able to log into your accounts and get the details from your orders.
You may have a personal email send you documents or undertake a follow up.
What do you want from us?
Firstly keep in mind that managing a website and shop takes a lot of time and there can be mistakes, errors and out of date prices or stock. People want different things from their suppliers and if you want to ask for something then you can use the forum or contact us via email.

In house – If they do not make somethings, we can usually design and make it in house.

For the best prices, you should think about paying directly, and or looking at project management services.
With project management you get items at cost and with full system orders, this means that we can hunt down prices to get your the best deals. Think of it as paying for a highly skilled staff, that has contacts, knows what they are doing, is over qualified, that you dreamed worked for you. Then think of it as a free service as you will save more than you paid for the service.
