We have been running this website since February 2024 and its had a few teething issues, but we will keep the format for the foreseeable future.
One current issue is email and notices. We are also not happy with the Shopping experience, so this may change in the near future.
One of the issues you may find is that we are not linking always to products from the articles or from the products to the articles or even videos. We will be working of this.
You can use the search function to look for products or articles, there are two separate search boxes on the site to find what your looking for the Shop tends to give you just products and hardware.
The main issue has been the email and notices are being rejected, while we had fixed the issue it reappeared. You should still be able to log into your accounts and get the details from your orders.
You may have a personal email send you documents or undertake a follow up.
What do you want from us?
Firstly keep in mind that managing a website and shop takes a lot of time and there can be mistakes, errors and out of date prices or stock. People want different things from their suppliers and if you want to ask for something then you can use the forum or contact us.
RenewSolar is part of WE (GTWCMT group) owned and ran by Rory Witham since 1992.
No Upsell – we do not upsell but we do give our informed opinions.
No hard sell – We have clients who regularly return for additional work and services, we never chase customers.
Accountability – We take responsibility for all our work and ensure a high standard.
Flexibility – We are not product locked, so the world is available.
In house – If they do not make somethings, we can usually design and make it in house.
Support – 24/7 any problems our clients experience we are always here to support you.
