We have our Email services out sourced, which should have made things more simple, but we have been having issues with sending emails and notices.
This will effect order notices.

All Customers with accounts can use there portal/Account to add notes and receive replies.

Our Local Tower has developed a fault and therefore phone calls may ring, may not ring or may be put through. The issue started 2 days ago, and we have not yet had an update to resolution. Its never worked well or even good in any event.
