Shop Prices and TAX

If your on our website and go to the shop you may have noticed we have changed a few things. This is to protect us from scams and charges which has occurred recently. It gives you an idea of the costs of business in the UK and also offers some discount. – please do read the entire post…

As most of you will be aware when paying with cards, we are charged a fee and a percentage for every transaction, This is fairly small and is added to the cost of the item to cover these fees. By far credit adds a considerable amount which we would have to pay, this includes cancelled orders which means we still have to pay the fee for you.

As you could imagine as a not for profit, we have some of the lowest prices, so we cannot manage to price for both credit and or card payments, as this adds a sizable amount when trying to cover costs.

The shop is now split into pricing, Card, Credit or Cash.
If you are logged in and wish to see the lower prices, go though the check out process and select “direct payment”, you do not need to proceed with the order, but it will set the shop to show you the lower prices.

Due to the change being recent, we have NOT yet ADJUSTED the prices and therefore you may be offered a part refund to make the adjustment to the items we are selling following your purchase. This will be automatically sent to you.

Bulk/ Multi Buy Discounts

Bulk and multi order discounts will be refunded as per our normal course of business, You can by any number of items, they do not need to be the same. You can select the items that you want and then contact us for the latest pricing. or Order and receive a refund as part of our services to our clients.

We have become aware that Google is setting out prices + tax, THERE IS NO +TAX.

Delivery costs are INCLUDED unless stated that they are not.

SALE prices.
RenewSolar do not do sale prices, these are items which the price has dropped or there is a short time offer.
