The orders this time of year become greater and at this time the prices vary and require constant management to get you the best deals on solar hardware. This together with the failure to read terms and conditions, non reply by customers makes it more easy for the shop to close for a extended period.

Will my current order be completed?
All current orders will be completed. All shipments on all active orders has been completed.
All tracking information and updates will be emailed to you manually.
What about returns?
If you need to make a return, contact us via email or whatsapp.
There may be a slight delay in the time frame.
I am expecting a refund.
If you are due refunds they have all been processed and you should have funds returned to your account or payment method. if you do not see this in your account after a week, whatsapp will be the fastest solution.

Normally the order could be cancelled due to the price change. As we work on small margins when the price of items have risen 25% then it becomes impossible for us to complete without paying for your order ourselves.
Should I still order a battery?
Yes, Back orders on batteries may take place due to the delay in shipping them to you.
Please note that there is usually a delay of notice on orders to the office. So do not panic if you order and don’t hear for a few days.
