Description

Micro inverters are a small device which is mounted with the solar panels giving a more clean install, These are grid tied system and with this power output would be near to the top (and may be over) in solar powered system without batteries. so keep this in mind when deciding on what you want to achieve. if you were to upgrade, you can connect these to the micro inverter port of the larger hybrid inverters.

Why micro?
with a 10 year warranty they are much the same as smaller string inverters in terms of cost and value, however they do come into their own as this kit contains 6 mppts, meaning that you can have a really bad layout of space on the roof, or install arrays slightly differently and still get the top performance.

Max ISC, the “rated power” for input current is 15amps however the absolute max is 27 amps. this allows for parallel panels
VOC is 60v per mppt, which for some others using just the inverter, the power can be using around 3 solar panels in a parallel pair.

Why the 50cm connectors? 
we found that some panels need just a little bit longer cables to make them fit better and relive tighter cable lines.

Is there wifi and data?
Yes there is a wifi built in, you can use an app or/and the website for live (5 minute) viewing of the information.
There is a API, and this can be integrated into home assistant.
