Project management and total kits which are imported, this may include bespoke orders. Normally do include the shipping as well as customs and duty payments.
This is due to the logistics when importing, while we can arrange the order to the UK and then onward shipping within; But we cannot account for where you are. Therefore additional costs may apply and require an adjustment.
With some orders via the website shop, we may contact you if you wish to proceed with your order and inform you of any additional shipping charges.
For example. if a item can be shipped in England for £5 but you are else where that has a cost of £10.00 then we would make you aware of the additional £5.
If this is not accepted then you can have a refund to your account which you paid for the order.
