Why are your batteries on back order?
When you sell a quality product saving vast amounts of money, people hear about them and then order the product, as we are not for profit, the problem we have is stagnated capital. If we charged you more we could have more batteries in stock, this would also add to the cost as we would have to manage and keep the stock, it all costs money and adds up resulting in a more costly item.
For the most part, when we make an order they tends to back up, if I ordered ten batteries, by the time they have arrived they are all sold. In the mean time I have ordered more batteries, which are also sold. So as you can see it is fast paced and can be stressful, so for a easy life we tend to work with what we have.

Shipping/Lead times.
Hard to give you an accurate time due to a range of factors.
We tend to say 6 weeks as this is one of the longer durations that there is a wait. it depends on what’s in stock, what’s on order and when the order will arrive, or if we have to make the next order.
Order periods.
Orders are not made when you make your order. This is due to the extra costs of shipping. Therefore orders are placed monthly or during higher demand periods in lots. For bulk orders they are carried out as soon as your funds cleared. But for certain items, They could be shipped the same day or within 3 days.
Timing is everything.
If your buying a battery to add to your system then you could hope we have stock, but if you are planning a solar installation then once you have filed your G99 picked everything and had it installed, the battery would have arrived. So for the possible delay, there may not be a delay at all.
