Due to the number of orders using credit payment options, There is now a fee and discounts applied at check out.
When doing online business, many people like to use card payments, we are charged for those transactions and also they take a percentage. These are “transaction fees”. If the order is refunded or cancelled for what ever reason, We have to still pay the fees which can result in Hundreds of pounds in fees have to be paid by us.
We also have to pay fees when you use credit payments which is more than a card transaction fee and therefore the margins we work by are defeated by the charges which can be a few hundred pounds and in effect we are paying for you to have credit. There is a fee now attached so that you are paying for your credit arrangement.
We have also added the direct payment ( bank transfer) discount as there are typically no fees so you can save money there.
We still do not accept cash payments from new clients.
Can you credit your order via RenewSolar?
If you wish to buy over time you can use us as money storage up to certain values, for new clients this is unlikely to be the case. You can save money or put it aside to gain coupons to afford what you want, One good thing is that you have paid for your items (which becomes your property). which we will hold in stock until its paid for.
The down side of this is that until its installed, you would not see the benefits.
Finding the money can be hard, but we can help.
